Beyonce and Jay-Z’s ‘Everything Is Love’ Now Available on Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon

ajay

At some point in the wee hours of Monday morning, Tidal’s exclusive on Beyonce and Jay-Z’s new tag-team album “Everything Is Love” became available on Apple Music(and iTunes), Spotify Premium, Amazon and Pandora — and a spokesperson for Spotify confirmed to Variety that the album will be available on the service’s free tier in two weeks.

However, bonus track “Salud” — which was released at the same time as the album and features similar artwork but is not in its sequence — remains a Tidal exclusive.

This breaks the tradition set by Beyonce’s 2016 “Lemonade,” which remains a Tidal streaming exclusive more than two years after its release, although it is available for download on iTunes.  “Beyonce’s album ‘Lemonade’ is not currently available on Spotify,” the notice reads. “We are working on it and hope to have it soon.”

Tidal is primarily owned by Jay-Z in partnership with several other artists, including Beyonce.

The album arrived on Saturday afternoon after hints began trickling out with social media posts containing images from the “Everything Is Love” visual campaign. One image posted by Beyonce on Instagram received nearly 200,000 likes in less than 20 minutes as many noted that, once again, Queen Bey had broken the internet.

JAY-Z’s ‘4:44′ Will Be Released on Apple Music and iTunes Next Week

jay-z-picture

Critics and fans alike are raving over JAY-Z’s 4:44 project and rightfully so. It’s arguably one of his most finest albums of his career. However, some people are griping over the fact that you can only hear it exclusively on Tidal/Sprint. But not to worry.

An insider has told Billboard that 4:44 will be available on Apple Music and iTunes next week.

Tidal has an exclusive one-week window while 160 iHeartRadio stations across the U.S. will be streaming it as well. There’s no word on when Spotify and other streaming services will have it available on their platform. The exclusive is part of a $200 million deal the cellular carrier signed with Tidal earlier this year.

Physical copies are also in the works but there’s no timetable on when the project will be available on CD or vinyl.

Meanwhile, curious fans were also wondering whatever happened to the song “Adnis.”
During the promotion of the album, Jay released a snippet of the song, which is about his late father. Since 4:44 is such a confessional album, people were expecting to hear “Adnis.”

Hov’s longtime engineer/producer Young Guru went on his Twitter account to announce that “Adnis” could possibly be added to the physical copies of 4:44. He tweeted:

There’s no word on when physical copies will hit stores, but it looks like JAY-Z has more promotional stuff planned for his 4:44 album.

JAY-Z’S MUSIC HAS FINALLY BEEN REMOVED FROM SPOTIFY AND APPLE MUSIC

jay-z-1a

The wrath of Tidal is finally here–all the solo Jay-Z music you know and love has finally disappeared from Spotify and Apple Music. Spotify told the Verge this happened “at the request of the artist.”

The only Jay-Z music left on Spotify and Apple Music are his collaborations with Linkin Park and R. Kelly. Of course Hov’s music has been slowly disappearing from the streaming services, with Reasonable Doubt going missing after the launch of Tidal and the Blueprint series leaving last year.

Apparently, though, most of Jay-Z’s music is still on Google Play Music so get it while it’s…hot?
